The PGA’s big dog makes this list without breaking a sweat. His Jupiter Island local is already living in rare air, as the area sports the second highest per capita income in the world. Tiger bought his 12 acre property back in 2006, after his wife took his 9-iron and chased him down the street for having an affair…or two.
So the new bachelor built his dream pad after he tore down the outdated $40 Million dollar mansion that was on the site previously. After that very public family event, Tiger has gone to great lengths to keep his personal life private. As a result, there is very little public information out there about the interior features of the house.
Satellite views show us quite a bit though. Two huge pools on opposite sides of the estate, 10,000 square feet of living space and numerous bedrooms and baths make this the perfect place to have three or four dates each night, complete with an evening of swimming or tennis, and never have them run into each other when the get up for a glass of water.
