Islamabad Benazir Bhutto International (ISB), Pakistan
Our first entry on the list from Asia. Admittedly I should have mentioned this one sooner – it’s been likened to a central prison. The building is old, dirty, and lacks technology. It’s just a miserable place to be, really.
There’s also a serious problem with corruption and inconsistent security checks. Not features you want in an airport. Thankfully, a new airport is due to be completed by 2016 which should serve as a nice upgrade.
