The Tampa Bay location is right on the ocean and makes the most of it. He has multiple yacht decks, for multiple yachts obviously, and he also has an Olympic size pool and a spa. Now that he is retired, he may actually get to spend some time using all of these amenities.
Affectionately referred to as “St. Jetersburg” by family and friends, the mansion has 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, so you can see that Derek takes care of his house guests. But with only 2 garages that house 3 cars each, those guests will more than likely have to park outside in the driveway.
