The unsung hero of the Miami Heat owns magnificent mansions in Florida, Texas and California. While the Florida mansion may be a more convenient housing option during the season, the California option is the most expensive and decked out home in his inventory.
The California home is 10,775 square feet of deluxe accommodations. It features an in-home movie theater, a full sized basketball court and a billiards room. There are 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, and the Oceanside viewing deck is breathtaking. With all of these features, you would think that this would be the home where Chris would spend the bulk of his off-season time.
Believe it or not, Bosh actually rents this home out. He clears a cool $40,000 per month from the renters who are living there and maintaining the property. Not that he needs it or anything. Bosh recently signed a new contract with the Heat worth a reported $118 Million over 5 years. You have to hand it to Chris for the way he leveraged the departure of LeBron against the ownership of the Heat to basically extort that contract from them. Way to go Chris.
